Re: General discussion chat http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=931099 wow, just wow so not only did ubishit make a game with the worst optimization in the entire history of video games (even consoles have performance problems with it, and it's literally 2 combinations of hardware they had to optimize for with consoles) but they disabled micro-transactions on the reviewer copy's
Re: General discussion chat At this point I'm starting to think Ubisoft is purposefully trying to set the record for fastest time to drive a company into the ground.
Re: General discussion chat Micro-Transactions are literally a cancer in this industry. We get an incomplete game and we pay for content that should have been included in the first place. CoughForzaCough.
Re: General discussion chat At least Forza gives you some really good cars out of the box, unlike some games... *Cough*RaceRoom*Cough*
Re: General discussion chat Same here. My parents used to force me to go to church, and then they gave up finally. I sighed such a sigh of relief. I hate organized religion.
Re: General discussion chat http://gamerant.com/assassins-creed-unity-resolution-frame-rate-ubisoft-reponse/ "30 FPS feels better" Yeah, sure. DO YOU WANT TO BURN MY EYES UBISOFT
Re: General discussion chat apparently to ubishit fps lower then 30 fps feels even better (considering you need a super computer to get any higher then 30 fps in AC:U)
Re: General discussion chat AC was massively overrated from the beginning, now it's just being pointlessly exploited. Every game is a rushed, poorly optimised piece of shit. It's quickly becoming as bad as CoD.
Re: General discussion chat Oh I don't hate religion. I'm just not a believer in any of them. I don't think forcing a person to go to church is cool though. A persons religion is their choice, not somebody elses. Similar for sexuality (not necessarily a choice but its still not for somebody else to decide). Think I have friends who are atheist, christian, muslim and wiccan between them. Do I give a fuck? Well, ok, they are my buddies and I care for them as friends of course, but otherwise nope. Are they dragging me along to the church, mosque or whatever the wiccan does (actually that I am interested to know more on)? Nope, therefore why should I have a problem? As far as I'm concerned, I had a few games of pool with a mate this afternoon, he left to go to church, cool, we can play another time I do love a good game of pool. I'm not amazing at it, not bad either though. Played 6 games today, all clean wins, ie me actually potting all balls of my colour (UK pool tables its red balls and yellow balls rather than solids and stripes) followed by black first rather than the opponent pocketing black early or fouling in the same move as they potted black (which under UK rules is a loss, any foul in the same move as you pocket black counts as a loss for you). Quite happy with that.
Re: General discussion chat Forcing someone to go to church is idiotic. Religion is like a penis: It's fine to have one and be proud of it, but it's not fine to wave it around in public and stick it to my face, and it's definitely not fine to push it down your children's throats.
Re: General discussion chat I don't go to church either and never have done other than on the odd occasion. For example when i was in scouts you had to go to church once a year. Was boring but at least it wasn't a regular thing. I don't have any issues with religion itself but i do have issues with a select few of the followers from each religion who are asshats. <-- Actually scrap that EDIT: Just remembered all of the issues about contraception, not allowing people to be gay etc and all of that other can of worms. I think my statement should read: I don't mind religious people who are not asshats and that are willing to accept others for who they are. I don't care if someone is religious as long as they dont force their beliefs upon others, that involves education etc. Teach science and RE separately and then i guess people can choose what they want to believe from each.
Re: General discussion chat Why? It's only 22.16 Every forum should have that bit of a wacky, whining but still ok dude.
Re: General discussion chat On religion: Im an atheist, but im not militant about it. You can be whatever religion you want to be, thats cool and its your right. The second you start trying to push your religion on me though is when we have a problem. I actually converted a mormon doorknocker to atheism once. (my proudest accomplishment in life)
