I tried making some props back in 2020 during lochdown, (which ended up nearly breaking my computer) and I used Blender. Blender's actually the most commonly used modeling software in game. There's some really good tutorials that you can use. Just one tip, don't make the J-Beam have too high of quality and don't attach the J-Beam to all the triangles...

It was a Gambler 500-themed Bruckell LeGran with off-road tires and high ground clearance, almost resembling a monster truck.
