They are only slightly similar visually, mechanically they are completely different and are aimed at drastically different markets. If you are trying to accuse Theo of stealing some assets from LucasBE, you should have checked that the progress on the CCF was well documented so there is no way anything was stolen, and besides 43 days would probably not be enough for that...
