I assume the bug is those missing textures on gauge mods??
likely a problem with conflicting mods, try removing them/clearing cache ect..

Then have you consider the possibility that there might be a mod causing it? o_O

Try safe mode. Then, if that works, clear cache. If that doesn't work, it's caused by a mod. You'll have to locate it and delete it.

It doesn't matter, just try safe mode and clear cache, that's will probably fix it
First, just go into your mod manager and disable all of your mods, then restart the game. I find that restarting the game helps disable mods. Check the dashes again in a stock configuration, not a custom one. The stock config will guarantee that there are no mods on it. If this does not work, try cleaning the cache (like others have said). If that does not work, try safe mode, and if that works, you might (maybe) have a corrupted file or something, I can't help after this point.

The game recommends you use 99 or less. Just do as said before, below -

modders have enough unpaid work to do by releasing said mods, updates brake occasionally with game updates, if you want stability play vanilla game

There's this method I use when I don't know which mod is screwing me:
you take half the mod out in alphabetical order into a folder (because yours got a odd number you'll get 115 mod out and leave 116 in), open the game again, if the bug disappeared, take out the remaining mod, and put half of the mods you checked in, if the bug still exist, take another half out (i.e.56 mods) and keep going, till you find the exact mod causing it. it's time consuming, but it's worth it, and it actually worked well on my brother's computer, who actually got 1000 mods.

yep, the fix has been finally fixed, it was caused by an odyssey mod, which it was basically conflicting with the 800 series car
