It looks like you've had a pervious version of the map. Try deleting everything that is related to the old versions including the cache

I've seen reports for this and the issue was a specific mod some people had installed. Try removing them. If the map won't start even with no mods active, reach me on discord.

 

im genuinely getting pissed

when i cleared my cache to get the fkng "no mesh" out of the map

my game fkng crashes when I try and load it

 

I actually think the game crashing was the game itself not the map. Because my game crashed again on a different map. So I think my game is broken or something.

 

ive done this 10 times now

 

I legit can't load the map in without crashing. I tried everything provided above but it crashes constantly when I try to load it

 

Me personally, I think the update should be reverted to the previous version and then releasted later when there are no problems.

 

Not everyone is having problems though, it loads just fine for me.

Mind if I ask about your PC specs?

 

its just you with the problems so i would say search in your beamng for the corrupt file

 

Yup same for me i had to load in i believe 3 times and on the 3rd it didnt crash for me

Hmm, doesn't seem like those would be enough of a reason for it not to load at all.

I know you've tried clearing your cache & all that but have you tried just renaming the '0.27' folder & let the game create a new one?

 

I have Similar specs. Instead of a I7 I have a I9. and 3 tb So I can tell u its not ur specs. It runs smooth for me and I have over 300 mods

 

Crashed for me too. Fixed it by clearing the cache, loading to another map and then loading this map. After that it hasen't crashed once.

 

I tried the "load another map before this map" trick and it works! Now my game is still running!

 

Also tried the run a different map first then this one and can confirm, it does work. I did notice a spot where there was two "No texture" spots on a road near the campsite(Where the old gas station and car dealer used to be).

 

Also tried it and I was so excited to run the map. The two spots are so minor, I don't care abt them.

 

I was more or so mentioning it for the OP of the mod.

 

Same for me, but it started happening to me after clearing cache instead. Before I cleaned it, it worked fine. But now it just crashes.

EDIT: Nevermind, the "load a different map before loading it" method worked, suggested by the gentleman a few messages above.

 

So I do believe the map has broke since 0.28, so everyone knows. The textures of buildings are turning black.

 

how do you download this bc I can't find it on the mods page on the game?
