I know that GT4 is a real thing (cough cough K-Series GT-IV), but the "fictional rally version" is kinda weird. Is the game he's referencing real is my question.

3 hints since this is pretty obscure:
- It's from the late 90s
- I had to download the resizable 800-Series mod for this
- The green car on the right (you can see it in the frontmost one's windshield, the angle isn't 100% identical to the source material) is a fat slug.
