Not in this old mod, I won't be adding that feature to this. I will however be adding it to the new version that's currently a WIP.
Mustang and Camry are coming out next week, Car Of Tomorrow and Xfinity Series are being worked on too
Tbh I feel kinda bad about all the cool stuff coming out for this mod, since it's really cool stuff but this mod is not my best work. Plus I'm remaking it which will rule all of this stuff obsolete anyway. Nobody's fault, I just feel a little bad about it
Brother, don't you dare doubt yourself, you're better than that. The grass is always greener, people can always do better, things can always be more perfect, etc. You gotta take pride in yourself cause YOU stepped up to the plate when nobody else would. Things could always be better, but what you DID create is something that sparked an entire era of nascar-related mods within the community, and they are all possible because of what you did my friend. Thank you so much for your kind words. I am very proud of the Gen 6 mod, proud of all of the work that went into it and the incredible community response. This is the project that has sparked so many things. While it may not be my best work, it is still the first work of its kind and I think that is the main point you're saying. My only ambition in remastering it is to make it better; I have learned a lot since creating this mod and I truly believe the legacy can be improved in doing so. The concern I expressed was about the current community, as few of the current projects will be easily transferred to the remaster. To focus on the remaster, the new mod thread should be spun up hopefully in the coming days. We are excited to share this part 2 to the Gen 6 project.
I race irl and can tell you that it needs more center rotation and is way too tight. The cars are grippy, but they do want to snap loose a lot of times. Another thing I noticed right off the bat, the car doesn't enough corner speed. Needs to carry way more
Not without mods being adapted to this, which hasn't happened as far as I'm aware. I don't think it will happen with this version. The remastered version, in progress, might. I'd have to see if I can.
Welcome to the forums. The files are at the bottom of the first post on the first page. This is how most of the mods that aren't in the repository available for download on the forum sections. And please, don't reply to thread if a big red box appears on top of the place where you type if there is. That's called bumping and members don't really like seeing old threads be bumped.
I know, since he just joined the forums I wanted to inform him so he wouldn't bump any thread. Just because someone told a person to not bump in any given time doesn't mean the person they are replying to bumped the thread.
