How to stop radial menu showing up/ high low range

for some reason the newest big update seemed to remove the option to delete the radial menu from showing up when pressing esc. my second issue is they remove the option to go in 2wd and low range with all transfer cases on the d-series

They removed the option for low range 2wd on some cars because that option was very unrealistic, real counterparts are not able to do that
On cars like the D-Series you usually have one rotating knob with just the three options available now, and in reality you are not even able to use it while driving, only when stopped

Even better would be the ability to right-click on the drive train mode controller to go the other way. e.g. 4wd back to 2wd without having to go through 4wd Low. YOu have to click it really quickly so you don't blow the engine up going back from 4wd to 2wd.
