Built 9 different engine blocks for a custom Engine Platform on the I-Series to replace the RK engines, also made 3 transmissions to match the engines, really brought the ETK I-Series back up to a better standard, will need to tweak some things with a couple setups but it mostly replaced a ton of things for the better. Also made 2 V6 engines on a platform for the 90's Pessima along with a Manual and Auto transmission.
Made a new engine in Jbeam for the 80's Pessima FWD platforms. Stock Aftermarket Internals| Aftermarket ECU
Work in progress "Type-G" 80's Pessima Skin GX 1.8L Inline 4 Engine [And two specific transmissions for this engine, not related to HK 2.0L transmissions] [Designed for AWD Platforms] - N/A Stock Engine Early Turbo | Early Internals | Early ECU Early Turbo| Early Internals| Late ECU Late Turbo| Late Internals| Late ECU Late Turbo| Late Internals| Late ECU + GT/SS Exhaust [280ps = 276hp] Also built an optional viscous rear differential.
With your custom suspension, is it possible to have an extremely soft and cushion-like suspension. I have wanted super soft suspension for a long time now.
It is definitely possible to make very wallowy suspension, yes, all you need to do with it is use high ride height and soft spring rates.. my suspension allows for some pretty extreme settings.
It doesn't go beyond steering, springs and shocks. I am not skilled enough to swap the rear suspension on a 200bx from Double Wishbone to Multi-Link for example. But my mod takes what's there and pushes it to the extreme to get the most out of performance driving the vanilla cars in BeamNG. Suspension, Steering and Configs are Primary Engines, Diffs and Transmissions and Interior/Exterior Details (not engine models) Engine Models, Body Mods and Sounds are Tertiary The reality is that this is actually a massive overhaul mod that adds a boatload of configs, engines.. plans for skins, little details along with powerful suspension and steering tuning/parts. I also have not covered proper rally suspension. The release version of the mod is also far behind the dev build I'm working on. - I've also just made a new Inline 4 engine for the 90's Pessima which might get swapped around in other vehicles as well. It's called the "HF 2.3L Inline 4" Also comes with it's own 5-Speed Manual
Added extra 5-Speed Transmission and two 4-Speed Autos for the HF 2.3L Engine. Would of been making another engine but spent 11hrs removing pc parts from one computer into another case and building a second pc in the first case with someone over a video call plus configuring software stuff.
"Project Racecar" A project car of the 90's Pessima, not a full on spec racecar but a project car as though someone build their car into it. I made pro bumpstops for it. Still planning to make bumpstops for the 80's Pessima and 200BX Tweaked some engines Need to make another engine for the I-Series and tweak setups for it. Then I can move forward to making a weaker engine variant for the 80's Pessima FWD and move on to more cars.
Thanks for specifically determining it's on the Grand Marshal. There may also be uniquely fragile steering on the Sunburst. I didn't experience that on my Gran Marshal, what type of input filtering do you use on Keyboard/controller? Does it happen instantly or after a steering condition in keyboard upon recentering? It's worth noting most cars will have completely rebuild steering by next update. Also does this happen on suspension with more ride height specifically or regardless?
Revised torque curves on my I-Series engines, adjusted and rewrote turbos, made new high-performance turbocharged racing engine for the more powerful racecar.
I have written custom LUA which will allow me to develop more in-depth engine customization and tuning combinations/options.. nothing insane but it allows me to split parts up into more categories with more specific mechanical limitations and torquecuve modifiers. This means have two parts which come together to determine RPM limit.. and more parts which modify engine power.
