Re: General discussion chat We have 5 snow days set for us to use. If we are out more than 5 because of snow, we have to make up the extra days. Last year we plowed though our snow days (pun intended) and had to make one up. They took an inservice day, so we still got out for summer at the same time.
Re: General discussion chat We used to have 5 snow days built in as well, but last year we had a 6 week long Christmas break due to cancellations. So to make up those days and not go into mid June last year we did eLearning that we had to do after school to make up the days. It sucked, but at least we got out June 4th instead of June 19th.

Re: General discussion chat I rode in a 2011 flex and sat in the driver seat (it was a rental, couldn't drive it) They are lower than an expedition but feel wider IMO. They also have a reasonable amount of leg room. I'd say a bit less than the expedition though. It was like two years ago though so it might be different or my memory off.
Re: General discussion chat There were some there, but I never even really took a close look at them. I was mainly focused on the trucks and large SUV's. They have a pretty broad, long hood, so I'd say they they feel kinda commanding. Nothing like an Expedition though. You've gotta be decently good at bullshitting to be able to walk around car lots without getting hassled, though. If you're going alone, they probably won't bother you much. What 16 year old has the money to buy a brand new car? - - - Updated - - - I drove a pretty much brand new rental Town and Country a month or two ago. Thank god that thing has a backup camera, you can't see shit out of it with all of the headrests up. And my sister threw her paper airplane behind the car when I was backing up and jumped behind me while I was backing up. Wouldn't have known she was behind me until I hit her without the camera. And if you slam on the brakes, the body rocks around so much that it's funny.
Re: General discussion chat i shall be sure to check out some while at the ford dealership then plus it's always a good idea to actually go to dealerships and check, instead of using dealership websites, as they usually always have vehicles that aren't listed on the website yet

Re: General discussion chat The 7970 I just got back after an RMA of 3 weeks just died. I've sent them an email hoping for some "assistance" on the subject (read: Give me an advanced RMA for free. I have proof the card is dead) but I don't have my hopes up. Another 3 weeks and fall break is gone. Goodbye gaming/folding/everything for 3 weeks again. :|
