It seems that you're having a few problems with your game from the pair of threads I see. I would recommend a clean re-install, and run with all mods moved to a separate temporary folder. From there, you would have to manually sort through the find which mod(s) is causing conflict. (Assuming you're running mods, could just generally be a problem with your install perhaps) Game works absolutely fine on my end on a couple different computers.
