The first time it happened was in the Pre-race update and I think again in the experimental build for me. Not sure though.

I don't use the experimental build. I stay on the "classic" (Pre-race update) but it still happens. Will the next version be in multiple DAE format? Or will you keep it so that it will work on the normal build?

Redid the mechanical part of the bed; instead of being one part which slides and rotates around the back it's now a frame rotating around the end of the the pickup's frame, and the deck slides over this frame. It's mechanically a bit easier (there's no need for a hydro crosslink for the lateral movement), the rear bumper can be fixed to this frame, it will rotate down with this frame and it's (I think) more realistic. Downside is that it uses more n/b's and the hydro can't cope that well with the forces.

The cab-protector is now a separated part, so it's still usable as a ramp ;)

Oh dear, that looks amazing! You have probably started what might become dozens and dozens of tow truck mods to come. At least that's what I'm hoping for. :L
Keep up the great work! :D

This is looking very awesome. It will be the easiest way of getting one vehicle on top of another (no ramps or editors or extreme crashes) so far. :) I am very much looking forward to it.

Adding some small stuff, cleaning jbeams/meshes and removing many bugs. I hope I can release it sometime this week.

I quite like the new stuff on the SUV/Station :D

For the station, would it be possible to have an option where the last row of seats are facing the opposite direction?

I'm so excited! In all seriousness, though, I do have a question. Will there be a medium duty (D15) variant of the station or is it just HD?

Hell, you could even do a 2-door version on the short frame. Kinda like the old Explorer Sport or Bronco.

What's special about these mods, all of them are just usual Garvil D-Series with parts missing :/

Guessing you installed it wrong then. Its the D series with *tonnes* of extra parts. Longer frames, twin cabs, SUV's, car transporter and different beds. How is that a D series with parts missing?

I just downloaded it, moved the entire folder to the pickup truck folder in the game, and now all the new Garvil pickups are just normal pickups with parts missing or swapped out.

Don't do that. Past the folder into the vehicles section, not the pickup section.

I was correct then. You installed it wrong. Its its own vehicle, it doesnt over-write the stock pickup folder.

Well crap, now I have a bunch of files in my pickup folder, and I don't know which ones to delete.

    - - - Updated - - -

Oh and also, now I just moved it to vehicles, and now the parts aren't showing up.

Huh. For me atleast, it does work if you past the files into the pickup folder.

O well. Mirroring the bench-mesh isn't that hard so there will be now.

It's based on a adjusted version (shortened but also adjusted the 'dent' in the frame) of the van's frame, so the 'HD' frame. It has the axle track of the van (both sides are 4cm wider compared to the pickup) but I'll include some of the pickup's wheels and a lowered, softer suspension compared to the HD (which on itself is softened, it's not that bouncy anymore) See the second attachment.

Shortening the body will result in lots of jbeam-work which consumes lots and lots of time. So it won't be in the next update. Didn't someone already made a shortened D15?
