I don't recall the Roamer getting a ground-up remaster in the same vein as the Covet or Pigeon, but I'll admit I was a little bit hasty in skimming the old changelogs and don't have the best memory. Edit: ah, yeah. You're right.
Yeah no big deal i was just worried if i missed something on the Roamer! But as i said earlier: For me the work done so far on the GM isn´t quite good enough to lift it up in 2022 BeamNG. I really hope they will give it the proper remaster with a facelift model that would be great.
But the 200bx, I-series and t-series (t-series taillights don’t even break) are more outdated then the GM in my opinion
All true, but (IMO) the 200bx needs more attention since it's the archetype of 1990's japanese sportscar, which is way more popular and attractive than some 70's muscle car or a 10' Subaru (would argue if comparing the mythic 20b tho). Has the potential of being both a race car, and a drift car, and has a lot of tunning potential for it. Would even consider having multiple vanilla widebody (not counting overfenders) to add variety and agresiveness depending on what is the car being used for. Like time attack, drift missile (rolled clunky fenders), showcar, etc.
Just throwing my opinion out there but the Hopper definitely needs a remaster. To me its the most unpolished looking vehicle of the lot, aside from the Sunburst and its untextured rear doors.
yes, they seem to be going for a lot of "simracer" type content, between the vivace S, bastion, bolide remaster, touring car pessima, scintilla, and Covet MR, so it's likely they'll keep that train going, likely by prioritising the 200bx, and K-series. One thing I haven't seen mentioned here much is the SBR, it's not as bad as some cars for quality, but it's certainly old, and being a modern sports car, they're probably intending for it to be a main focal point for the aforementioned simracing demographic. considering the rumours about the sunburst getting boxer engines (and the new SBR engine being in common), I could see the SBR and the sunburst getting remastered simultaneously.
I agree, especially the Hopper would have soo many possibilities for a remaster, could make it one of the best (off-road) vehicles
It is already one of the best off-road vehicles, I mean the factory variants outperform some of the dedicated custom offroad versions of other cars
Which i certainly a shame if they only focus on that.. Not everyone wants to simrace in BeamNG. They should make compromises to get everyone something to fiddle around but yes, it looks like they will continue that path which i personally find hugely disappointing.
honestly I'd like to see the T-Series remastered because especially the interior looks outdated compared to other vehicles in game.
