For me, it's probably some sketchy site, it looks old and you won't really find it anywhere else, and probably without a translation

 

It seems like you're using the old and obsolete mods folder. You gotta locate to Appdata/local/BeamNG.drive/0.26 instead and create a mods folder if there isn't any. If there is, put the bmw there and all zip mods go there instead
