Agree that it looks like motion blur, also might be some change to the ssao, maybe as little as other vanilla settings

 

Probably not much has been changed graphics wise. It's normal for content that's uploaded to their social media to have some touching up

The MR Turbo Rally livery kinda reminds me of that of the Nissan Sunny/Pulsar GTI-R Rally Car, although that car isn't mid-engined! Amazing!

 

I really hope the motion blur isn’t done in post, but I get the feeling it is. Like it looks unusually realistic for a game and it’s pretty common for beam to do some sneaky touching up in their posts. On top of that it’s rather subtle, suggesting that it’s not the focus of the post.

It’s still in question whether it was added in post or not but, yes, it seems to be.

 

nah it looks unusually unrealistic for post effects... there is really no easy way to fake motion blur from a standard recording of the game... Its far easier in engine and modern per object motion blur solutions are typically pretty great looking
