Scale Tolls not working help please

hello good day, the resizing scale is not working, when I click, the boxes do not appear, I cannot resize the object I want to resize.

 

What are you trying to resize?
Some things like for example a car you spawned is not resizable

 

Im also facing the same problem( resize tool is not working) what should i do?

 

Can you change the scale by entering the numbers in the property tab?

I think there is an option to lock scale too. Or, as above, if it is anm vehicle, etc. It can't be scaled.

If it's a static object it should be fine.
