1988-1992 Gerjel Independência (based on Gurgel BR-800) It is a small Brazilian car designed to be essentially a small car for urban daily use, it's name translates to Independence. It has this name to "mark the beginning of Brazil's automotive independence". Engines: 650cc H2 800cc H2 Transmission: 4-speed manual Configs: Basic - A basic version Deluxe - A deluxe version with more cylinder capacity and with a few fixes Pickup - Almost the same as the Deluxe, but with a pickup body Cargo - Almost the same as Pickup, but with a box thing behind (sorry for this image, it was the only I found without a license plate) Spoiler: A bit of (possible) in-game lore The Independência was created to be the first fully developed and manufactured car in Brazil, costing only $7,000 at the time thanks to a government incentive. However, this incentive was later given to all car manufacturers in Brazilian territory due to the pressure made by them, making bigger cars have the same price as it. Spoiler: Some clarifications, ignore this - Well, I had this idea because Gurgel has a long and interesting history that is not as well known, maybe not even known outside Brazil. - Initially I was choosing the Supermini, which is a successor of the BR-800, but I changed my mind halfway through - I chose "Gerjel" because it has almost the same sound as "Gurgel" in Portuguese - And sorry, i'm not 100% fluid in English

Vehicle action suggestion Howdy! Diamondback recently posted a 'teaser' in the thread Development Media , showing separate OFF, Ignition, and Engine (ON). Maybe this will allow us to have 'accessories mode' where we can have lights and such working. So- my suggestion. Well, 2 suggestions. 1- Parking lights. How will this work? With the current light system, the parking lights are always on when you turn on the low or high beams, so I am thinking maybe we have a system where the lights go OFF-PRKLGT-LOW-HIGH, like real life. (picture of parking light on and off on the bottom of post), this would also have the rear lights on, just like IRL. 1- Chimes. We now have opening doors on the Civetta Scintilla, and we may have an 'ignition' mode, I'm thinking maybe we can get some custom chimes for 'door ajar' and 'ignition on'. Maybe for older American cars we can get a 'gong' of some kind, and for newer European vehicles we can have some fun sound or whatever, lol. (Audio links attached below) Files:
