Yes but BeamNG drive is sadly very focused on american vehicles when it comes to heavy machinery. What do you mean. It works fine for me. Edit: Never mind, you're right. It worked in 0.24 though which is quite recently.
A European-style truck would certainly give ample opportunity to fill some of the niches that are currently still vacant in the official vehicle line-up. Across Europe and Asia, generic flat-nose trucks come with all sorts of upfits ranging from trash compactors to cranes to fire engines. Certainly wouldn't mind having any one of those in the game.
