"DO NOT STICK FINGERS INTO FANBLADE, DO NOT DRINK OIL, DO NOT EAT BATTERY, DO NOT TOUCH LIVE WIRES, DO NOT CRASH INTO ORPHANAGE" these are the types of warnings we have to put everywhere now lol.

apparently race cars in formula one and stuff dont have power steering after looking it up. with power steering you A: would overcorrect probably at speed B: drag power of the engine C: you dont even need it that much once you get going in most cars (most cars now have the power steering lower its strength depending on the speed)

This car is bad fast on the drag strip
    2022-06-154.png
fastest (in terms of speed) in-game car on the quarter mile that i've seen. I hit 210 mph on another pass, but I didn't get to screenshot it in time:(

I did edit the drag config a little. Added more boost, more nitrous, and swapped out the 6 speed for a DCT

The Scintilla looks awesome!! <3 <3
The brochure is a first for any BeamNG car and it's a detail I wasn't expecting, as is the BeamNG 10th Anniversary livery! Absolutely lovely details! ;););)
There are some details in need of correction though.
    1. The GTs/GTs Spyder/GTs Polizia/GTx/GTx Spyder variants should use the Sport ECU, just like the GTs Corse/GTs Corse Spyder variants already do. I say this because the description boxes of all the GTs/GTx variants say that they have a higher rev limiter than the standard GT variant. Just for reference, the Stock ECU rev limiter is @8600rpm while the Sport one is @9000rpm.
    2. When you spawn the GTs/GTs Spyder/GTs Polizia variants, the owl logo on the double-5-spoke Civetta Scintilla wheels doesn't line up in parallel with the ground but it's offset to ~45°. No other BeamNG wheel does this.
    3. The DCT gets into 1st gear when you put it into Drift mode and you're on the move. No other DCT in BeamNG does this, plus if you do it at a serious amount of speed, there's a big risk of damaging the engine from overrevving.
    4. The Corse drive mode is written in the gauge cluster as "Corsa", which is wrong. And in the "Driving and Safety Electronics" menu, in the "Default Mode" submenu, the Velocità mode is written as "Topspeed" mode, which isn't appropriate.
    5. An Ultra High Performance Radiators option would be nice plus the higher performing versions, like the GTs Corse/GTs Corse Spyder and the Velocità, should have the High Performance Radiators and the extreme versions, like the Off Road, the Dark Owl, the Amateur Rally - Asphalt, the Drag and the Race, should have the proposed Ultra High Performance Radiators option.
    6. On the "Left Fender" submenu, the parts under the "Left Fender Trim" sub-submemu are named as "Front Right Fender Trim/Front Right Fender Vent" while being parts for the left side. Vice versa for the "Right Fender" submenu and the "Right Fender Trim" sub-submemu, on which they're named as "Front Left Fender Trim/Front Left Fender Vent".
    7. The DRLs up front could be a little brighter. It's difficult to tell whether they're working during daytime or not because, besides the operation of the engine (during which they're on), there's not much difference between their "on" and "off" states.
    8. In the promotional video, the Off Road variant seems to be having Teal lights in the engine bay but I can't seem to be able to find them in the parts selector.
    9. While the Frunk Liner is absent, there's a large gap being created there causing drag and lift on the front axle and, potentially, lifting the front hood up at very high speeds. I believe that a cover sealing this gap (and being available through the Frunk Liner submenu) would be essential.
    10. The car has no Power Steering whatsoever. An adaptive system with electrohydraulic servo would perfectly suit this car.

Finally, a couple of suggestions for improving the variety!
    • A duo of GTx Corse/GTx Corse Spyder variants, with the Race Clutchex AWD system, would be great, I think. ;)
    • The Scintilla (and the Bolide, for that matter) could get its own tailored luggage set, specially designed to fit into the Frunk and in the parcel shelf behind the seats. Such an accessory is a very characteristic choice for this kind of car. ;)
    • The existing Blue, Red and Yellow Brake Caliper options are a first and look amazing but, for more variety, Black, Gold and Silver Brake Caliper options would also be nice for someone looking for a classier and more discreet colour combo/contrast. ;)

is the GTXX wing used at all? From what i've seen it isn't on anything. I know there are other wings that aren't used, but this is a brand new wing to my knowledge, and I'm surprised to see that it's not used anywhere.

If I were to suggest where to put it, I would say swap the frame-mounted GTT wing from the Off Road variant with the GTXX wing, and put the frame-mounted GTT wing on the Race model.

I gotta say I wasn't convinced at first but the Scintilla is growing on me, especially with that cool two-tone paintjob

To my knowledge, that's realistic. Modern cars are made to be more on the understeer side for safety.

Formula one does have power steering, because at high speed there are tons of downforce pushing down on the tires, so they need it as much as trucks do

It's cool to see the bolide's heritage. Structurally they are both really similar. Thus the front driveshaft looks like a complete afterthought

What in the world is this weird almost BOV / turbo woosh noise? This is a base (GT) Scintillia, so it's fully na. Only happens in interior camera. Also the gauges seem to run at 30-or-less fps?

I absolutely love this car, just need to find a way to master it on controller haha! (Especially the understeer)

Although I have noticed that every now and then the car does not want to upshift? It will bounce off the limiter for a few seconds before shifting, especially in third.

very strange i know a lot of cars now have like fake noises they have in the interior so it sounds "sportier" and that might be what it is but its hard to tell. the gauge lag i notice on my super good laptop, im starting to think the scintilla was rushed by a bit because it seems to have some rough edges in a few areas
