This is probably one of the best! May I suggest a Liberty Walk Bodykit? Sorry if I am asking for too much
I don't currently have any specific plans for aftermarket stuff, so I can't guarantee it. But it's reasonably likely to be a thing.
all parts that I add into the game already use PBR materials, if they didn't I wouldn't have needed to make roughness and metallic maps after the fact which wouldn't make much sense.
Unfortunately I had a really busy week and did not get to make any progress at all on the mod. Sorry to everyone eagerly waiting for a release. I'm still motivated to work on the project (which I'm honestly surprised about), I just didn't have time/energy to work on it this week. Progress should be back to normal now.
update: -made door panels merge more smoothly with front and rear fenders the difference is pretty hard to notice at most angles but it does a lot to make the model look more polished -changed some topology a bit to give smoother edges to front fenders before: after:
update: -added subtle extrusion/lip at the connection between the trunk/boot and the rear glass -altered topology and flow of boot and rear fender to work better with the extrusion -smoothed corners of rear bumper to make it look higher poly -updated unibody to be slightly more accurate in some parts -updated carpeted unibody to match the new polyflow/topology of the normal unibody -re did topology of metal lining around boot hatch -made a nice render -the wireframe in the rear is a bit of a mess right now but it gives good results when it comes to shading so I'm not gonna bother fixing it for now -I made some other small changes to clean up the model but I'm not gonna mention them since I already go into way too much detail with these updates
update: -Added glass + trim in-game -modelled stock non-aero s15 bumper, the poly flow is pretty messy for now but the basic shape is there -I also made a time-lapse of me modelling the bumper
update: -finalised stock S15 front bumper with updated topology and way more detail -modelled and textured fog lights this bumper really shows how much I’ve been able to improve my skills over the projects lifespan, if I’d modelled this back when I started the project it would have taken me about 2 weeks to reach the same quality. Now it only took about a combined 4.5 hours to model.
hell yeah, im here since the start and i love seeing the process of the mod getting closer and closer to release
