thats odd the file structure and internal names for those rims is unique and should not conflict with basically any other mod to my knowledge none of my testers and nobody else since release has reported a similar issue, so my default here is that somehow a mod is probably (?) causing an issue if you've only done a surface level cache clear, do one of the "deep" ones.
Every time i cache clear i do a deep one so really not sure on that one --- Post updated --- I have recently gotten a few quite old mods (full standalone vehicle mods) that could potentially be throwing errors that most wouldnt encounter? currently deep cache clearing after disabling all other mods and seeing if the rims then have textures. --- Post updated --- I have textures now nice rims btw
First of all: this was absolutely amazing! Without a doubt, it makes us raise our standard of MODs... 10/10! I'm having a similar problem... The wheels (image) appear with a text like "Import Fail". The same occurs with a Saga steering wheel. I also have the "CoreMod" updated and I have already cleared the cache. Unfortunately it could be some MOD conflict. Note: this is the example image of the wheel, and not the error that it presents in my game.
Maybe it is too late, but wouldn't be "easier" to use more of a Chevrolet Volt Style hybrid system, kind of what you did on the Trolleybus? Basically a EV with the ICE as a generator and that kicks in over determined speed, and gives power to the wheels when the battery is depleted
The mod is great, but i think you have forgotten to add a certain wheel to the Core mod. Its the wheel that the Prefacelift GTZ Covet uses, none of the cars that use these wheels actually spawn with them, but instead they spawn with steel wheels. (and yes i have cleared chache, it already fixed a few problems but this one is still present)
Oh bruh, didnt even notice that. Whats the point of having that wheel as a seperate mod, why couldnt they just put it in the core mod, would make a lot more sense.
The thing is, the T-150X wheel was first posted on the repository by LJ74 on January 2022. The KLJP Core Mod, on the other hand, wouldn't be released until March 2022 under Kueso. That's probably why they have been separate for the time being.
this is just a result of some textures apparently being .png and not .dds reload the car and/or load a new car and then reload that one so the cooked textures finally import properly. we'll look into converting all of those .png files to .dds in the future known issue, its been resolved
I removed my covet mods and it works perfectly fine, thank you for the response and I apologize for wasting your time.
I found what could be a bug with the SR-Tecnica 200BX. This could be an intentional thing, but I noticed that the gear shifts happen way too early when the gearbox is set to arcade mode. I tested all 4 SR-Tecnica configs, and 3 of them (old and new Pessima, Covet) don't upshift until the maximum rpm is reached. However, with the 200BX it upshifts at around 6000rpm, while it should['ve stayed in the same gear until 9000rpm (the max. rpm with the Tecnica ECU). All 4 configs seem to be using the same ECU and the same gearbox, so I'm not sure why this is happening.
oh bruh i thought i fixed that damn, thanks for reporting i never use arcade mode myself, even on keyboard; so i would have never noticed i can push out a patch soon to fix this, dont worry about it
