Are you changing your playlist before using the radio to play your music? Also, song 0 will never play, as that is the radio off state.
The controls for changing the playlist are CTRL 5 and 6 I believe

 

Do you think that its possible to implement the radio into all of the vehicles by duplicating files and putting them in official beamng vehicles locally on your pc, because if its possible im considering doing it, not making it a mod ofc, just for myself for private use.

 

You’re better off using other mods for that that Serve as a global radio
