Scaled screen game

Hello everyone! So i had a problem with game the scaled screen of game!
I trying go to safe mode of game the problem fixed. but i wanted that game works normally with standard mode

Look the speedometer is normal but the game is scaled

 

Don't think the size of the speedometer changes

 

If speedometer scaled the problem with resolution

 

disable the triple screen option, i dont know exactly how it is called
