A) It does mean something, it means they have a beta version of the update that is stable enough to be released to the public, probably not complete tho.

As an American I can confirm that Hamburg and Bremen are the same because there is only one city in Germany.

its coming up on one month no teasers so they must be either getting close to done or ran into some sort of issue with it

its also getting nice out, a nice springtime roadtrip isnt out of the question

also has a dream they released the new super-car as one of those beamng paper crafts before it was released so i mean maybe in psychic and Nadeox1 is gluing together an origami concoction of a million cut pieces of paper as we speak, and thats why no teasers?
