The fix works, but i think you missed a spot:

it was the spot underneath the check-in counter.

Edit: ill come back to it soon if i figure out how to properly edit textures, it is there in the original so its something Ghost187 forgot to texture

I put my beamng files in my terabyte so i never run out of space.

There's a difference between space on your hard drive and memory. For the game to work you need more RAM (memory). It seems you had several other apps opened whilst playing the game, and that can have a bad effect and slow down your game. I suggest closing Discord and Chrome, as well as other apps you have running, and launch the game from program files (x86)-Steam-steamapps-common-BeamNG.drive
