I had to google it, I had no idea that homemade pickup conversions for this car were so popular, even as badly made as this:

Definitely won't happen for version 1.5 because way too much work, but for 2.0 we could make this one:

    Update on todo list:
    • Rear interior panels - Vapordude will make model, I'll adapt door panel textures to them
    • Parcel shelf - TAN will make the model, I'll figure out a texture, maybe I'll Jbeam it too like in Vivace
    • Fix ST dashboard model that seems like fufsgfen made slightly wrong when he remade the dash (it's supposed to have the interior side at an angle) - I'll do it
    • Finish roof carpet textures - me
    • Add more variety to the rear seat accessories (new book texture, old license plates) - I'll do it, TAN sent textures
    • Add a variety of tires to all wheel sizes - me
    • Make a proper derby skin instead of reusing rusty one - me again
    • Add seatbelt models? - Not sure about this but TAN has a lot of textures for them so maybe I'll make them
    • Add copyright friendly Stig? - no idea when I'll get the textures I need for it, maybe not for 1.5
    • Test and finetune updated suspension - beta testers, and maybe TrackpadUser will help if needed
    • Update FL-EL configs with new parts - me
    • Redo ST and transitionary configs based on accurate info that I forgot that I had when I made them - me
    • Add import config because we already have parts for it (won't have correct badges yet) - me
    • Check if roof rack holds load properly after Jbeam changes and possibly fix stuff with it - me
    • Overall accuracy check #2 - TAN
    • Make proper thumbnails - no idea who will do this, I can't because my game crashes when I try this
    • Automated config testing - well, it's automated lol, will take time though
    • Cleaning up files a bit - me, probably won't bother too much with it in 1.5 yet, 2.0 will be better (lower file size)
    • Final testing and last fixes - me and beta testers
    • Upload 1.5 - AdamPLG
I probably forgot some more stuff but this is how it is for now.

The front suspension won't allow something like this I think. But for 2.0 I want to add Abarth suspension package which replaces the leaf spring with lower arms and coil springs, that will support this.

    Whole derby config finished!
    sfdsdasaf.png
    It's obviously based on this:

Upper part of windshield net and driver door are held by duct tape which is much weaker than normal attachment and disappears when broken. The whole backlight is made of duct tape, which has custom scratch made Jbeam, it can both break into pieces and break off. I also fixed some issues with the skin. So next I'll be making the tires.
Edit: Just noticed that irl the rear wheels are white, fixed.

All available tires for stock wheel size now:
    fdfaggf.png
1st row - standard: stock/sport (they look the same), redline, thin whitewall and thick whitewall
2nd row - 60s tires (sometimes retrofitted on this car from Fiat 500 for stylistic reasons): stock, redline, thin whitewall, thick whitewall and two-tone
3rd row - offroad: heavy duty, stock dirty, all-terrain, mud terrain and rally
4th row - sport: 80s sport, radial T/A, race and drag
I'll make the same versions for the 3 other tire sizes in the mod later.

With some research and calculation I have compiled a list of all the tires I still need, a lot more than expected:
    • 12x4 rim - 20.5x5.3 tire - 135/80R12 - standard size (done)
    • 12x4.5 rim - 20.5x6.1 tire - 155/70R12 - rally size
    • 12x5 rim - 20.5x5.3 tire - 135/80R12 - widebody size (same as normal, but for wider rim)
    • 13x4 rim - 20.4x5.3 tire - 135/70R13 - BIS size
    • 13x5 rim - 20.3x6.1 tire - 155/60R13 - smaller size
    • 13x5 rim - 20.9x6.1 tire - 155/65R13 - sport size
    • 13x5.5 rim - 20.9x6.1 tire - 155/65R13 - widebody size (same as above, they exist for both sizes)
    • 13x7 rim - 19.9x6.9 tire - 175/50R13 - race size
    • 13x8 rim - 19.9x6.9 tire - 175/50R13 - race size (tires are stretched for wider rims) (need to make wheels of this size, they don't exist yet)
It's really weird how for this car sport tires are larger than normal ones, and some widebody tires have the same tread width as normal tires but just wider inside. That I assume is because these wider wheels were normally made for larger cars that need larger tires, because this one has tiny wheels lol.

Modelled all tires and started getting them in game, but I need a break... It's been 3 hours, and earlier 2 hours of research. Enjoy a picture of the Abarth rally wheel with a proper rally tire.

Import version, or you can call it Italain version with some Polish textures lol. Unique colors, badges and mirrors (from Piccolina since they look close enough to irl), white signals, and less stiff leaf spring.
    dsfdga.png
You might have also noticed more PBR materials, the chrome specifically, I converted it since it clashed too much with the new mirrors. Looks a lot better now.

Parcel shelf, I'll make Jbeam for it whenever I have time, I'll also add better textures to seats because I forgot about them

I am probably going to make a comparison video on my YouTube channel about characteristics between the new one and the one one (when the next version releases of the fiat). Probably about crash tests, textures, configs, etc.

We'll probably need something like this before 1.5 release because making a normal changelog would take too long simply because too many things were changed, I think from the main parts of the car only the hood model is still the same as it was lol, but we would need a really detailed overview of all the changes, showing all the new parts, updated models, textures, PBR materials and Jbeam, all this compared to the old version, added missing parts like spare tire, roof carpet and parcel shelf, a quick overview of the configs showing how all the old ones were updated and new ones were added, the amount of slots and selectable parts it has now, new color choices for interior parts and exterior, new wheels and hubcaps, overall crash testing compared to before, suspension tests of all the suspension variants also compared, showing overall new things like breakable glass, lights and fuel tank, detachable windshield and rear suspension, smaller parts that can now fall off like headlights and taillights, etc. This all would normally be in a changelog, so if nobody can make a video like this then it's fine, I'll just write a normal changelog.

Todo list is getting longer instead of shorter, TAN has to remodel the rear seat because it's badly made and clips with parcel shelf, I have to make seat textures with all color variants, replace steering wheel models again because he accidentally made old ones asymmetrical, and I should probably add some parcel shelf accesories like a suitcase... And I have a question: Do you guys want Italian configs? They can be made with little effort now that I added most Italian parts to the import version, pretty much only some alternative textures and the convertible sunroof thing (could even maybe try to make it openable but not sure, it's always hard to make convertible roofs). It means a few extra days of delay, but we are already 2 months past the planned deadline anyway, so you can't expect it soon even if I don't add these configs...

Due to having a great italy map in the vanilla game I definitely support the italian configurations idea.
