Outdated Main Menu Background Soundtrack

Adds soundtrack to the menu

To add songs, do this:
1. Add file to art/backgroundmusic/menu/ (must be .mp3, .ogg/.pogg or .wav)
2. Open the .lua file in lua/ge/extensions
3. Increase the "maxTracks" integer to the amount of songs in the music directory
4. Add a new local if required, if not insert the file name with extension into one of the existing locals.
4.1. If you ran out of space with the available locals and have to add new ones, you must also extend the
if-then-else in onExtensionLoaded(). I have included some comments in the file attempting to explain it to
you.
