Take your time, if it takes 6 months to master it to get every last detail right, then it takes 6 months I can wait!
@Xupaun I modified your AWD system. Splitted in 2 files transfer case and diffs. Added Race (variable) transfercase and diff. Add diff slot for front suspension. Thanks a lot for your work, bcos without you I'd be stuck on this for a long time) --- Post updated --- And I can also say, that all work on Miramar ended. Here's whole modifications for it: Bodyparts Grille, Airdam, Rollcage, Spoiler. Other things 4 Transmissions - CVT, 6-Speed DCT, Manual, Sequental. 2 Engines - 2.1L diesel and 2.3L Ported DOCH petrol. Powerful radiator. Turbos for all engines. More powerful brakes for track suspension. Now is time to do configs)
Miramar done. P.S. Race config is very hard to drive even on wheel bcos miramar wasnt designed for 710hp engine and pushing to the limits on track with speed on straight over 300kph)
Seeing how much the front suspension wiggled with just 200, I can't imagine how it behaves with 710 lol
When you go grip style its just enough grip to do slip angle turning without wiggling (idk if somebody could go on WCUSA track faster than 1:43 without practice). It is fast but very unstable. You need to perfectly manage the gas and even more the brake, so as not to break into a skid. --- Post updated --- P.S. When you are "drifting" in race config its bad, I can even say that - Drift = Dead (Not dead if you are lucky )
Started work on 200BX Done: RB26DET model (sorry no TT) New radiator model Aero Custom rollcage Plans: AWD RB26DET .jbeam file Drift steering Configs
Also have an idea of doing facelift as BNR32, but idk if I could do it the first time --- Post updated --- Nah, now its too hard for me to modify the whole car with textures. Maybe will go back to that idea later
I already made one. If you want the files, I'll update my AWD pack with the most up to date structure. My suggestion for the 200BX would be using the ETK I's splitshaft (doesn't require DSE and is quite close to the Nissan's AWD system), named "Viscous Rear Biased Splitshaft". Even though the car with it is quite tail happy, it is not too hard to control (just slam on the throttle and the front wheels will kind of pull the car forward), and a lot of fun overall.
ETK I's shaft is like the Sunburst one, but from rear? AWD is not a problem, problem is that im dumb in doing custom body (dont have time to practice it). Bcos R32 facelift is kinda difficult to do. So im thinking that I will do mod without some big changes in body and will update it later
Exactly. Using the Sunburst's Splitshaft would make it too understeery and simply unrealistic, considering that a RWD car, when gets AWD it is always Rear biased (That's why the Miramar AWD system that I sent you got a 75% Rear bias on the torque split).
Sorry guys. I need to put on hold this mod bcos I live in Ukraine and u might know that we have some problems (I dont want to talk about politics here)
Now im without PC for 2 days or for all time of war. But I have good news for you. I found specs of Devil Z. So if I'll learn how to do body parts and textures, big mods will be closer) --- Post updated --- If you want, I can post here what I found
I have config which is a direct remake of the devil z but using the miramar, if you want it let me know.
Maybe it'll be on hold more than I thought. Stupid russian politicians) (Just jokes, don't kill me ) Maybe I'll come back later with new ideas) P.S. As you can see I'm alive)
Testing the whole day Miramar mod I can say that it is crap and need one more rework. Also tried to do some crazy things like W32 engine in Wentward. I think that it'll never be released ahaha, it's too bad to release it (maybe will come with updates of this mod after release)
Well, I imagined that the Miramar would be tough just because it is too old jbeamwise. Maybe with a lot of patience you can tune it to drive decently, but I wouldn't have such levels of patience lol.
