Updated RCMP - made it a bit simpler, should be able to just drag and drop the files into the crownvic folder and be good to go. Feel free to include in the base mod if desired. Also includes a BC variant.
HOw about you make more american vehicles like this because this is a really good mod make a chargers like the 2016 charger maybe a ford explorer or a expeditsion these kind of cars with lots of detail like the crown vic and cars that american departments would use keep this up love the work also reason behind this is because i have a 2013 explorer mod and charger mod but they aren't that detailed and also cars like the expedistion has never been added or thought of i love these vehicles please add these that i've suggested and loads more
Hey @Lewis101, welcome to the forums. I just want to let you know that asking for a vehicle mod like you did is generally not encouraged or accepted. I’m glad you enjoy the Crown Vic mod but the creator can choose what he wants to work on next, whether it happens to be one of your suggestions or something completely different. Please don’t make suggestions like this, thanks! --- Post updated --- Also a more reasonable way to word your request would have been something like: “Hey Maxy, (the mod creator) I love the mod. Would you consider making a vehicle like a modern Charger, Ford Explorer, or maybe an Expedition? This is so that we can have more vehicles from modern used by modern police departments.” Again, while he may take one of your suggestions and make it, it’s not likely. If you want these mods badly enough, you should definitely learn how to mod yourself in BeamNG. If you do that, don’t start with a full vehicle, maybe start with a bumper for an existing vehicle like the D-Series or something. Start with a small part and then go bigger. If author want release it on repo he heave to change ford logos on gavril ,bruckell or make his own brand.
Nah, that won't work. The author would have to remodel the car from scratch because this model comes from Forza.
Not bad overall. Though there's many seams in the model itself because of the way it exports from Forza. Luckily the way this ends up working out, this helps out with fixing it too What I ended up doing was selecting one face on each side of the seam, and then using "Select Linked", then doing "Merge by Distance" This ends up keeping normals in-tact, but also fixes the seams. I ended up doing this over the entire car in about 10 minutes and it looks much better
You don't have to extract the zip file, you simply put the zip in the mods folder (appdata/local/beamng.drive/0.24/mods)
I made red, blue, tan, and grey interior options, but I'm not sure if that will be included in the next update. I hope it will be.
