I hope this is the case, but the Devs seem pretty focused on one good feature per update, Ai and Aero are major updates and highly unlikely to come together as they might need to revise every single configuration to ensure the driveability is ok.

Just don't agree on the part of good content, the 88 pessima lacks even exaust options, The SBR is the only kinda okay there, the sunbusrt interior textures are outdated and lacks a little bit of content, the 200bx seem the most outdated out of these, the textures are bad in the interior and for a car with a lot of tuner potential, lacks options a lot.

Yeah I think it’s safe to say you can tick off the Piccolina and the Hopper from the soon-too-be-remastered list. Both are still relatively fresh (compared to say the Moonhawk or even the Barstow), have detailed models, and come with quite a variety of configs. The only thing I see for them in the near future is maybe new textures for the Hopper and a Piccolina minivan that has been hinted at during it’s initial development.
As for cars that I think are the most in need of a remaster, I’d say that these are (in no particular order):
    1) Moonhawk-old model and textures
    2) 200BX-general lack of content/regular updates
    3) Barstow-content is good but the body needs some remodelling and added details, just compare it to the Bluebucks model which is from the same era
    4) Both modern ETKs for a general lack of variety
    5) ETK I-series-the body needs some proportion adjustment as the roof is slightly too tall and the body too slab sided

As for the rest it all depends. The bus is still relatively fresh, the 88 Pessima, SBR and Sunburst have all received a fair bit of updates/content over the years so they don’t lag behind too much, the Burnside and Miramar need some content but probably aren’t high priority RN.
And as for the Covet, we’ll probably get a remaster in the next update.

I really think the Miramar is such an great unused car because it's design doesn't appeal too much to the public, it gives slight older GTR vibes but is far more ugly, but is a decent powered car, very good for learning tracks, as it isn't as unpreditable as a modern car with turbo lag, but isn't understerry like an awd, makes for a great learning tool for the game and the lack of content for it really hurts it.

I don’t remember where but IIRC it was mentioned around the time the Piccolina was released that something like a Fiat 600 multipla could be a possible future config.

If you look at the map from above, it's rather empty, there is still a lot of stuff that is not added yet

I guess he meant that there are some of us in here who mention the 600 Multipla as a possible source for a similar car in the Piccolina range of models. AFAIK, no Dev Team member has said anything relevant.

Really hoping for more content for the Miramar along with a left-hand-side steering version. To me it's the little car that could!
As you already said, great learning tool but also very fun to drive. I enjoy the design as well.

Edit: No speculation, sorry, I just felt the need to voice my love for the Miramar!

what in particular hasn't been added yet?
it may seem sparse compared to WCUSA, but WCUSA is an exceptionally cramped map.
other than updating small things like foliage models, and the PBR conversion, I don't see italy getting many changes.

considering prince and toyota's prevalence of making coupe-utility bodystyles at the time, it would be reasonable for the miramar to get one, and there'd be little overlap, as the only other existing cars that could reasonably take that get one would be an american car like the burnside, bluebuck, moonhawk or maybe bastion.

Plus the Barstow, which is the smallest of the American classics (and the nearest in character to the hypothetical Miramar coupe), is still much larger than the Miramar, so no overlap at all here. Even if the Miramar gets an Inline-6 won't cause any overlap, since this layout was very popular between the Japanese car makers for 4-5 decades on plus there's a number of 60s Japanese Inline-6s that have a rich and pure racing pedigree, with the most famous being the 2-liter units of the Prince S54A Skyline 2000GT-B (with the extended wheelbase and front end to both fit the 2-liter Inline-6 and to distinguish the S54A from the lesser S50D-1, which coincidentally, has the same launch year as the Miramar - 1963) and the Toyota 2000GT.
In short, there's a lot of potential for the Miramar! ;)

While the S50 Skyline does not have a pickup version, the T40 Corona makes up for it by having both a single cab and an extended cab (double cab?) one.

    --- Post updated ---
I think the Skyline 2000GT was the inspiration for the Miramar GTz.

though the S50 skyline in particular did not have a coupe utility variant, the prince sedan did have the AIPC-1/2 "commercial pickup" variant,

and subsequently, the prior first gen skyline had the "skyway" (as the skyline vans were called) pickup.

I'm not able to find any images of single-cab variants of either of these, it's possible they were only manufactured in "crew-cab" configuration.

    Sunburst really needs a remaster.

One of the things I´m most looking forward to is a wagon version of the Moonhawk and a 4door sedan maybe as well, there are similar vehicles in-game but given it is a car that already exists, I take it, it wouldn´t be as time/resource consuming to add new bodies in the remaster. We can most surely agree that the Moonhawk is one of the cars that need a remaster the most
