Re: General discussion chat Lol, you thought i was serious. - - - Updated - - - HOLY FUCK MY SCHOOL WIFI IS 104/14
Re: General discussion chat anyone else notice that the report button always says you have to wait 60 seconds before reporting a post?
Re: General discussion chat Because it gained a mind of it's own, and doesn't want to become a stripper with mucho cashos in its pockets.
Re: General discussion chat It is possible that it could be higher than that, depends on if your school throttles.
Re: General discussion chat Today I decided to take a shortcut and walk around the pond on the way home, and I found a bunch of water running down a vacant house's yard. It was quite a bit of it and it hasn't rained for a while. I was afraid it might be a water leak, so I followed the stream. At the beginning was the water valve to their house. The cap thing thats on the buried box that the valve resides in is kinda in a little hole, and it was all flooded. There was more water running down the road. I also could hear something that almost sounded like a water pump under the ground right there that I haven't ever hear before. I texted my mom about it then she called the utilities service. They're sending someone out. I bet they're gonna shut the water off. :\ - - - Updated - - - While, from a safety standpoint, plastic bumpers are better, but from a durability standpoint, they suck. Call me old fashioned, but I prefer metal bumpers. I'd rather be a little sore, but with an intact bumper than not be sore with a ruined bumper. Plus if you ever you like messing with a friend, you can slowly roll up to their car and bump it. . Well only if both cars ride at the same height and have metal bumpers etc.
Re: General discussion chat I prefer no bumpers. My dad's A-H Sprite was set up for racing so they ditched the bumpers. Now it looks way more amazing. As for safety, they were just a bit of sheet metal bent into a round-ish shape and mounted. Not all that useful.
Re: General discussion chat I prefer armored/reinforced bumpers. Coming from a rallying standpoint, they help to reinforce the car just in case something goes wrong. Rally cars may be built well, but they aren't infallible, and neither are the drivers. If installed correctly, a brush guard can be that one "just in case" thing that'll boost a cars rigidity by a good yet not substantial amount, depending on which one you get.
Re: General discussion chat Jeez guys, my school day is crazy. 8:10 to 3:30 is school. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays then have band until 5:30. I live 30 minutes away so I get a hectic schedule.
Re: General discussion chat Mine's almost as bad. 7:25-2:25 Monday-Friday then band on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays until 4:45. Then Fridays are football games, those go until 10-10:30 and Competitions once every month on Saturdays until around 6-10.
Re: General discussion chat Your guys's band schedules seem easy compared to my school's (I'm not in band, but my friends are). They have to go from 7:45-2:35 monday through friday for school. Band starts 7th period so practice is from 1:49-6:30.
Re: General discussion chat my school is 7:20 to 2:20 BTW is the SEAT ibiza a private mod or is it W.I.P (just wondering)
Re: General discussion chat It's both. It's very WIP, but Mythbuster released it to the skype group. And my band schedule sounds really easy compared to yours. I have band for about 45 minutes before lunch, then orchestra for the same amount of time after lunch (plus the orchestra only has around 15 people, and last year lazy people (mainly the director's son, who was a senior) complained about playing on wednesdays because we have a slightly shortened schedule, so we often wouldn't play).
