fps weirdness

ive started to have this issue today, i noticed my fps was pretty low with one car on wcusa (the fps i was getting was what i normally get with 10 cars). i removed all my mods and cleared cache and its still the same.
i get 30 fps with 10 cars when i normally average 90 and get 90 frames with 1 car when i normally get 120~140.
what is happening.
It even does it on normal quality, almost unplayable with half a billion lag spikes

 

I have to live with a laptop, i am lucky when i get 25 fps on lowest quality with 1 car, and you complain about 30 fps on medium graphs with 10 cars? Where do you need 10 cars for anyways? What are your computer stats? What map do you use? What is the meaning of life?

 

Well, im not exactly complaining i just have no clue whats going on, on sunday with 10 cars on wcusa i had 80-90 fps but now on the exact same settings i get 30-35 and massive lag spikes.
Gimme a min and ill find my pc stats (edit gimme an hour)
I also play beammp a lot were there is about 15 cars and still get 50 fps. Now it would be about 15

EDIT: fixed it, I accidentally deleted a core file

 

Turns out it has come back, godknows whats going on

 

are you using any AI ? is your sound cutting out?

 

My sound doesnt cut out and my fps is low without any ai,
But, theres something else weird, i had 40 mods and ive removed them all and its fine now, the weird part is that i had 100 mods in 0.23 and experienced no issues like this at all, 200 was an issue though but 40? Little bit weird

 

Hmm, they were all below 100mb

Well ive backed a few up and got rid of the rest and its fine, no clue which one it was lol
