I just wish we had an estimated release date but I know that's difficult because making mods in beam ng is a lot of trial and error.

Will there be skins that are just sitckers of the lights vents and rear lights?

 

There is a skin that is just the decals on a plain, colorable background.

 

it's more like constant problem-solving
it does indeed take time, but it's just due to the sheer amount of work you have to put in to make anything decent. And Solar is doing just that.

Most of the time even the modders themselves don't have estimates for a release date because they have IRL stuff to do as well, modding isn't very "linear" if you get what I mean

 

Can't wait to see this released! been watching this thread since the beginning and I am so excited to see BeamNG closer than ever to modern-day NASCAR Racing, and so far from what I've seen in the YouTube videos it's higher quality than the Latemodel Stock Car, Definitely would apply to test it if the opportunity occurred.

 

looking at the car, i realise that there arent outlines for the flaps that go up whenever you spin out to prevent flipping, so just wondering, will that be added? it doesnt have to be working because i dont think its possible so maybe add the outlines?

 

It's definitely possible to add them, but the tricky part is separating the model for it.

 

if thats the case then i hope that beamng drive aerodynamics are enough to make those flaps go up

 

Exactly, that wouldn't be hard to do at all with aerodynamics

 

if you go into the edit mode and click on face select and when you click on the first and click to the other one hold shift
