Unlockable configs?

 

I'm not 100% certain, but this relates to an unreleased free-roam mission so "reward" might just be the car you spawn back in free roam with once you're done.

That would be different, I know they tried to start career years ago with animation cut scenes from what I can remember, so maybe this can branch into that in the future.

I did some more digging.

All the Italy "arrive" scenarios have "reward vehicles" but they're disabled.

Most are just
"rewardVehicleConfigPath":"/vehicles/sbr/TT_RWD_S_M.pc",

The only one that differs is the "Portino To The Top" scenario that has the Bastion.

All of these scenarios have: "rewardVehicleActive":false at the beginning indicating this is a disabled feature.

I'm not sure if it'll work or not even if you try, and I'm sure the bastion one won't work as the bastion literally does not exist in the files yet.

Make sure the mission system is enabled (Options > User Interface), then you should find the missions around the map in freeroam

Career mode is coming very soon?
All of these things the past couple of updates, walking mode, maps, missions, and all of these secrets you've found in the code, it all says its finally really coming soon.
And I bet it's 0.25. Why? It's a milestone, a quarter-centuries worth of updates, so might as well give the game a birthday present it's wanted all its life.
This is big. Really big. Probably the biggest leak this thread will ever get its grubby little hands on. Thanks for finding this.

 

yeah it would make sense to have it in 0.25 as say, the 2022 winter/spring release update because 0.25 is the 25 anniversary of this game updating so it pretty much needs something fookin massive

 

These are literally just free roam missions, which are already in the game. This is simply just a set of unreleased ones.

You know those icons you see in free roam to start time trials and such?

That's what these are. Nothing more, nothing less.
