I cant spawn any cars? HELP

    I cant spawn any cars and it looks like this ive tried verify integrity but i wanted to see if anyone had a direct solution so i wont have to chance anything and break the game.

    It was an e30 mod which was supposed to be an enhanced version but it was broken so it was completely removed. Disable the mods you have downloaded since this problem occured.
