How do you assign a discussion for a mod?

I would like to know how to add a discussion thread to my mod.
Anyone know how?

 

You should make my thread first, next send the link of your thread and the link of your mod to Car_killer on discord, then Car_killer will add the discussion thread to your mod page

 

wow that's complicated, why can't you just assign it yourself ?

 

Because the site doesn't let you assign a discussion thread to your mod page and it's really annoying
