repository not working

for unknown reason ingame repository just shows me that it cant connect to a server, and gives a link to a guide that doesnt help, i have done everything to try to fix it but nothing helped

 

i try to send report but it gives me ssl error

 

i found the issue, it was antivirus blocking ssl 2.0

 

like i said, all issues are fixed, everything works perfectly now, thank you for help
