this is the strangest mod ever. mods normally get fixed if you clear the cache but in this one its the opposite so I would just say to get the original one instead
This problem, as it was, is. You can try to exit the game and then go in and spawn ETK 800 before the S Series spawn.
...you shouldn't have to do that bruh. If you decide to release an update to a mod you don't even have permission to, then at least make it work correctly.
If NinetyNine! didn't reply, then just don't do it. You don't ask and do it anyway even though the person you asked did not answer and did not give their permission.
But you gotta admit, its bin up for about a month now, if NinetyNine! Didnt want this not being updated he or someone would take it down by now surely

There is kind of a loophole that if they still haven't repiled you can assume that they are unreachable and if so then if you already uploaded the mod you don't have to take it down until they become reachable and tell you to remove it... I know, this is messy, but apparently it's allowed somehow. Still better to not upload it without permission in the first place.
Try deleting the etkss folder. Location 0.23 / vehicles / etkss. And re-download the mod, well, before that, everyone should clean the cache. Well, in general, I know where everything related to the cache is stored, it is 0.23 / temp / vehicles / and there are all cars and mods of the cache. And in this way, you can clear the cache of a car that has a bug.
This version should work for people who cleared cache. Also doesn't require spawning the ETK 800 to work. Probably won't work for people who didn't clear cache because this mod is weird and has always been pretty badly made, and the update somehow made it even more messy, and it needs to be redone from the ground up to be fixed. (Which for me would be way too much work, I'm already pretty much redoing another mod like this.) I hope this will work as it took like an hour to upload
