They're probably sparks, there isn't fire in BNG yet.

 

I'm terrible at GIMP.

 

They probably use slow motion resulting in a lot of sparks.

Thank you for making all of those skins! honestly even if not all of them get released, they're amazing to look at neat and clean, and from what I can tell always done right

Does somebody know how to make the road decals (holes etc.) actually act as a hole? Its just a texture now, and the holes on original map roads actually ... do hole stuff. How should i describe what does a hole do?

 

Use the terrain editor to make a small depression where the hole decal is.
