WIP Beta released Swedish license plate

Heres another license plate mod. Its a swedish license plate
Make sure to have a space between the 3 letters and the 3 numbers like this: TGA 244.



Im also having some slight problems with the smaller swedish license plates used on classic cars like the one shown here. It shows orange text and idk how to fix that for now. but you should expect an update for it sooner or later once i find a fix for it.

I know this counts as a bump, but i was wondering if you could make a Norwegian license-plate aswell? I'm Norwegian, and Sweden is my neighboring (mind my bad spelling) country.
