I'm familiar with the Tuskegee Experiments, but the world of medical ethics today is a very different one than the one that existed back then. I'm not one to be infinitely trustful of the government on everything, but the sheer number of people that would be required to cover up some kind of malicious aspect of the vaccines would be impossibly great. We're talking thousands upon thousands of doctors, medical professionals, scientists, and governments around the globe.

This is very interesting to me. Neither myself or any of my family members, friends, or other people I know that I've talked about vaccination have had this extreme of a reaction. I'm not saying you're lying, but I would be if I said I wasn't skeptical.

Any protection against covid is good, of course, and it seems like a previous protection provides some (around 80% for those under 65 and about 47% for those over according to the study), but how long this protection lasts seems to remain unknown for sure. Some studies have found that those with previous infections retain their immunity from that previous infection up to eleven months, which is the longest time period I've seen, but you could be well over that if you got covid, say, in March 2020, such as I did. This article provides some interesting information on studies regarding vaccine effectiveness against the Delta variant, with some of the lowest figures being around 45%, but the majority being at around 80% or better. Getting vaccinated certainly does no harm for your protection against covid if you've already had it, and it seems like chances are that it improves it.

The study concludes "... our data indicate that vaccination of previously infected individuals should be done because natural protection cannot be relied on," and the CDC agrees.

You do know injecting vaccine also triggers the "natural protection". How could an artificial thing triggers better immune response than the virus itself?
To elaborate, you can't trigger immune response via the virus itself because it's too dangerous, also no one deliberate wants to catch a disease. Thus, people use vaccine to get immunized without catching the disease. For the unlucky people who caught the disease(and fortunately recovered), the immune system is already prepared to fight the next possible infection.
How could the vaccine trigger stronger immune response than the virus itself? This doesn't make any sense

I didn't catch covid and I'm fully vaccinated, don't label me as anti-vaxxer lol

I'm fully vaccinated and both times after getting the vaccine. I had a slightly sore arm for a day. I was able to move around and stuff.
Exactly, and people with a wide variety of views on social issues are getting the vaccine. Plus, different politicians in US on both sides of the political aisle (each with different views) are encouraging vaccinations.

I don't want to disclose where I live, because, you know, the internet. I will say that many in my area had COVID, or at least think (unconfirmed) they did, before getting the vaccine, and much like getting the flu before the flu vaccine, this may be the reason they felt so bad.

Also, my memory has the Alabama background as white, and I really did spend alot of time looking for any flag like the one in the background, so I hope you don't mind me asking what that one is?
It doesn't make sense to me either, if anyone can explain how an artificially produced response can be more effective in preventing future infection than naturally produced response, I would at least look into it.

Let's say there are two men; neither one can swim. The first one, we just push into the ocean. Big, deep, briny, murky. We do it in the dark of night, and during a storm. The ultimate panic, the ultimate confusion.

The other, we sit him down. Provide him a class that teaches him about swimming, diving, and treading water. Provide him a pool to practice the techniques we're teaching him. He'll never be in as much danger as the first man, but we teach him how to handle dangerous circumstances; waves, rip tides, fatigue, panic.

Both men will ultimately survive their ordeals. But who do you think will leave the better swimmer?

TLDR, the trial by fire of a fight to survive isn't always the best way to learn, teach, or break something in. The human immune system 'learns' things in a way not too dissimilar to the human mind, and if it can't experiment with a challenge or fail without dire consequence, it won't really learn much at all even if it succeeds. That's what vaccines provide, a way to experience their adversary, without making failure a life-and-death matter. Sorry if this was too dark and/or parabolic.

Could be. It's the Alabama flag background with the lesbian pride flag. (You don't have to agree with it for whatever reason.) I modified it.

Well, it's some Chinese bike Coleman puts their name on. The CT platform is pretty famous in the circle, though. The amount of parts available for them is insane. I have a better engine waiting to go on it, I just wanted to get this 6HP (now 8HP) Hisun running correctly before I put my 6.5HP built Kohler on it.

That Kohler will have valve springs and a governor removal as well. I'll toss the stage 1 carb and exhaust on it as well. Should be about 10HP and 15ft-lb when I'm done. Governor removal will raise top speed up to something like 35mph from the governed 25mph. I might have to do a billet flywheel as well on that Kohler. With the governor removed and stiffer valve springs they will rev up to and past 6000RPM. The internals can take it, but the stock cast iron flywheel has the tendency to, well, explode.

So I was on the ''Free Guy''...
Very good movie, one of the best I've watched this year. So many references that I love it!
It can be seen that Ryan Reynolds put his heart into this movie. Taika Waititi screaming that people want sequels and spin-offs rather than something new, I thought about F&F franchise lol
The soundtrack is dope, I love it. Overall: 9/10, worth a watch.

Went to a crazy party last night wearing a shirt with sharpie saying "I'm not white." Then I got 15 girls to sign it. It's a shame I don't really remember any of them except this one tall blonde girl who kept teasing me.

Out of context it does sound pretty preposterous.
