Hi, I just gonna to make simple mod to change default Sunburst 2.0 engine sound to Bolide V8. I'm trying to do this more than 2 hours but always car doesn't have any engine in parts menu.
(Sorry for late reply) The file name should be changed, otherwise will overwrite original engine file. Always delete the codes of other parts like ECUs and the 1.8L engine, you don't really need them. Idk why the engine wasn't showing in the parts selector, I think you accidentally changed something except sounds. I'm too lazy to find which line was broke , so I copy-pasted the engine code again and I changed the sound again, and the problem is fixed now. Btw, you can simply copy all of the sounds config paragraph instead copying the v8_flat_2_engine text only, like this video in the attachment files.
