Jittery and jittery textures in collisions

    Hi

    During collisions with anything, parts molded from the car begin to behave strangely, twitch, tremble. Can you please tell me what this might be related to?

    -Mod did not install
    -Playing on a clean installation
    -FPS jumps from 70 to 160 frames
    -PC works in turbo boost

    My pc
    Lenovo Legion 5 laptop
    Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
    Video card: Nvidia RTX 3060 130W
    RAM: 16GB 3200Mhz

    did you use the ingame recorder or is this real driving? the recorder sometimes has artifacts like this...

    It's caused by the replay function of the game, it doesn't happen when you're not recording.
