Solved Reskin question

So I plan on making a reskin for a car that I like (The owner has allowed people to make a reskin and upload it as long as the user credits the owner).
Is keeping a middle finger in the skin against the rule(s)?
I don't see any specific remarks for this rule but yeah just asking for confirmation so that I don't get in trouble when I actually release it
