    The "cool ones" like the Mk1, Mk2 and the Cosworth weren't shipped to US.
    but im not sure if the escort counts as hatch

    Designed and built by Pininfarina. Uses a roof assembly very similar to that of the Ferrari California. Kind of slow, but still a joy to drive. Was never offered in America.
