Can I get a refund

The game crashes when my car appears and when I press "Up" to accelerate, the game crashes.

No matter what I do, it always does that. Can I get a refund? I pay 15 dollars and I buy a crash.

 

You'll have to contact the support to get a refund. Asking for one on the forums isn't gonna get you anywhere.

 

why not just ask for troubleshooting help and post your specs. and resolve the problem.

 

Some people just give up so easily.

 

What are your PC specs? It might just not be able to run BeamNG...

 

that's pretty much exactly what happens when i try to run the game on my laptop. It runs the game at about 7 fps then crashes. I just figure it's because it's really slow

 

Agree with moosedicks. It runs on my Toshiba lametop at 15-20FPS if I'm lucky but I loved the program so much I did whatever was necessary to get the best out of it, including a new gaming rig eventually.....just for Beamng.
As this program gains exposure it's inevitable more threads like this will happen. Survival of the fittest I guess.

 

Hmmm, It's the same with me really, I used to get tiny fps on BeamNG but it seems like my laptop adapted and I adapted the settings to get the best fps combine with nice graphics.
