I have the same issue as Hamburger, Safe mode fixed it for me, but I'd like to know which mod I have to delete, I don't want to delete all my mods.
Data migration will fail if you have no Mods folder in game during it because it's looking for the db.json file in a non-existent folder, only works when you have mods. I think instead it should skip mods if it can't find the folder.
I found some bugs in compaigns, in hustle and bustle, where i driving bus with a bomb, there is no countdown or hints like before. In compaing senseless destruction, there is bug with countdown sound, something like it was played 3 times with 1-2s delay. Same in Safemode.
I can't spawn the ETK I, the game seems to spawn a new vehicle but it just doesn't appear. Even in safe mode. Edit: Fixed it by deleting the ETK I folder and verifying my game files, it was probably caused by something that a mod left behind.
it's expected for the new Pbr materials , but should still work on the older ones ( we may need a better way to show it btw )

I fixed it for me, it was the Advanced Driver Assistance Mod. It was my favorite mod, but I guess it has to go now
And the game updated when I was about to get up out of bed. Epic update! Now the Ibishu Pigeon has an engine that makes sense for the kei cars at the time, and makes sense mechanically. 1982 with a 660cc diesel inline 3 with a carburetor? Now it's corrected and has a 550cc gasoline inline 3 with a carburetor.
On Gridmap, the Bumper from the D-Series Crawler Crew Cab, Rock Racer and SuperPig Configurations doesn't collide with the new trails.
Okay heres the problem (see image) no cars on the vehicle selection screen....now what I had done on the 0.21 build was modify the core files (yes I did that to get in additional units, if you want them, give me a few hours and I will whiz the files over to you, I will need a few hours to recode them in to get them to work right but if you want them I can hand them over if you wanna see my bodge job in the code) and I reset the units to game defaults that fixed my problem thats what I did!
omg? nvm, Customizable Engines breaks BeamNG. --- Post updated --- Can the parts window stay open when we reload a vehicle please? It disappears when I hit R now.
The only problem i'm having is that the doors spike out a bit on the Wigeon. Nothing else, overall amazing update.
