The only Beam.NG folder I have is just beamng..I've also placed the man folder in a folder inside the beamng folder named vehicles..

 

There is likely a second folder, it's just hidden by default. Make sure "hidden items" is checked under the "view" tab in file explorer, and then you should be able to navigate to this location:
