Few days later, new progress. First draft of body done, proud of the front end jbeam. Hierarchy WIP, all panels can separate from frame. Rear panels and side panels will be redone eventually. Working on polishing and learning suspension at the moment.
Unfortunately don't have the models for that, and am not quite experienced enough in modeling to create them!
You could use this for the mustang https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/ford-mustang-2019-nascar-2ba1a1e7d0ac4c24862119c8f39d336a --- Post updated --- And you can use this for the Toyota Camryhttps://sketchfab.com/3d-models/toyota-camry-2018-nascar-3449a5682d244ae18a372d989ce50902
The Mustang is modeled very well, the Camry doesn't look as great, but I think both are viable options.
Maybe this one looks betterhttps://sketchfab.com/3d-models/nascar-heat-5-toyota-camry-be1dba9ded594d1fbd1418b770f711a1
Good ideas, but: 1. The Mustang still does not have an interior. 2. The mustang is $30. Not much, but I don't want to spend that much for this mod quite yet. --- Post updated --- This one is actually pretty good. I probably won't be able to use the full model (copyright), but maybe I can use some of the internals, suspension, and underside since the model I use has none of those.
Dont know if this is actually helpful but I decided to take some pics of the 2018 Camaro from Iracing If your trying to make the 2018 as it looks to be then these pictures would be good to go off of as this is identical to the real car.
super awesome but....I hope this actually gets made. I dont think any of the other Cup cars were ever completed
