I don't know, maybe they'll do something that blocks the website or somethin? Don't know, not really a tech-y person, so I'm not familiar with how websites work and all that.

 

There are three ways to ban a website. In order to do it, you have to be one of the following:
- Google, who can simply make the website not show up in search, effectively banning it to most people, but not all
- An ISP (internet service provider), who can block the domain from being accessed by their users, which can ban it for a large number of people in a region, but still not all
- A country, who can make it illegal, banning it for their entire populous (Germany could actually take it down, but they're the only ones who could do that and thereby ban it for everyone)
